Part 1 - Why wealth isn't what you think (and why it matters)
Hello friends!
This is my first email, so I’d like to introduce myself. I’m Seb, and I help software engineers and ambitious professionals build real, sustainable wealth - without sacrificing health, freedom, or time with family, and without burning out along the way.
I’m doing it mainly by sharing own learnings and journey, rather than coaching directly.
I want to ask you: what comes to mind when you hear wealth?

I’d love to hear your thoughts! Please reply to this email and let me know what wealth means to you. 🙏
What I’ve noticed, countless books, courses, and posts reinforce this narrow view. But for me, it has always felt incomplete. Money without health, freedom, or wellbeing isn’t real wealth - it’s a trap, often costing energy, relationships, and time for numbers on a screen.
When I was a kid, I read one of Robert Kiyosaki’s books - most likely Poor Dad, Rich Dad. One sentence stuck with me for life:
> “Poor people think like: this OR that. Rich people think like: this AND that.”
I embraced it early: if I don’t have to choose, why would I? Since then, my mission became simple - build wealth without losing health, ideally improving it, while sharing the journey with people I love.
