Part 3 - Build Your Personal Wealth Operating System
Or how I do it, to be clear.
Hello my friends!
So far, I’ve shared how I see wealth differently[^1] and how I navigate trade-offs in life[^2]. Now I want to share what I think of as the “operating system” behind it all.
At the center is wealth. For me, this is the crossing point of everything else that matters.
Everything else - family, freedom, fulfillment, financial growth - is a part of it. Over the years, I’ve learned that building systems around different areas that support each other, gives the exponential growth - while neglecting one pillar ruins the progress in everyhting.
It’s inspired by ikigai, the idea of finding purpose in what you do. For me, wealth is not just about activity - it’s about living that purpose while keeping balance across everything else that matters: relationships, time, energy, and financial security.
Right now, I think of wealth as having a balance across a few core areas in my life:
Living the life I actually want
Spending time with the people I love
Doing work that feels meaningful and valuable
Having enough resources to support all of that
With that clarity, my choices feel simpler. I’ve realized it’s not about chasing everything at once - it’s about setting boundaries and letting systems carry the load.
It was never easier than today, with the era of AI assistants, endless automations and infinite access to global knowledge.
If you are keen to see more about this concept, check the deep dive article I’ve published a few weeks ago[^3], and I’ll explore the practical examples of building those systems in the articles to follow.
Where I’m heading next?
Currently I’m putting more energy into building scalable value while keeping the balance I’ve built so far. Long-term, steady progress, no shortcuts, no burnout.
Follow along! No burnout. No shortcuts.
